Last night’s episode of MasterChef saw Philippa undertaking a Celebrity Chef Challenge against Callum. Philippa’s delectable ‘Snickers’ (caramel parfait glace with salted peanut caramel and milk chocolate mousse) was the recipe of the day.

Philippa has recently been appointed Executive Chef at St Kilda’s much-loved Il Fornaio. As of June 1, Philippa will be found behind the stoves of this iconic bakery café. Philippa aims to slowly shape the venue into a café with an emphasis on pastry and dessert.
